P-51D Mustang

This is an extremely high quality P-51D Mustang model.The metallic surface appearance is an illusion. It is created by a very a labor intensive technique use to make the plastic look like realistic bare metal. The surface is also weathered to make it look as if it has flown quite a few combat missions. The dimension of the model is: wingspan: 23.4 cm, length: 20.4 cm and height: 9.9 cm. The rivets along the panel lines are handcrafted. Additional panel lines are manually rescribed to give it maximum realism. Models like this are built from the heart. Many hours of labor has gone into building this masterpiece.
